Bid Description
The Chilton County Commission is soliciting proposals for the purchase of a complete 3D
scanning system (survey-grade) and accompanying software for documenting and reconstructing
crime scenes for the benefit of the Chilton County Sheriff’s Office. Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on Nov. 19, 2025, and will be opened at that time. RFPs will be presented during the scheduled Commission Meeting on
Nov. 25, 2025.
